Shipping policy

At Daily Ritual Candle Co. we value you as our customer and we are dedicated to providing fast delivery service. We work to process orders efficiently but for the sake of our policy:

PROCESSING TIME:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances our in-stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have extended processing times which we will discuss with you.

SHIPPING TIMES:

North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS. Once the package is scanned by USPS we no longer have control on delivery time. Daily Ritual Candle Co is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Daily Ritual Candle Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
